2017 Pinot Noir, Estate Vineyard
This wine originates from our vineyards surrounding the Estate Winery, organically farmed and CCOF certified since 2005. It is a blend of Martini (71%), Dijon 115 (14.5%), and Dijon 777 (14.5%) clones. Dark in color and medium bodied. Exhibiting raspberry cream, fresh turned earth, spicy and herbal notes. Flavors of blueberries, black cherries, with hints of cream and caramel. Balanced acidity, medium tannins with a long creamy finish. Aged for 10 months in all French Oak barrels (33% new).
