2023 Ranch House Red
Ranch House Red is always a value, intended for every night drinking with friends. It varies each vintage depending on what might be available and fun to work with. This offering is a blend of Petite Sirah (35%), Charbono (30%), Carignan (25%), Sangiovese (5%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The blend is concentrated and full bodied, yet low in alcohol and dry. It has aromas of boysenberry jam, new leather and sage brush. Exhibiting flavors of briary blackberries, chocolate, toasted caramel, and clove. It is concentrated and full bodied, yet low in alcohol and dry. The tannins are soft and with balanced acidity. Aged for 30 months in older neutral barrels providing wonderful aged characters.
