2025 Water Tower Chardonnay
Grapes for this wine were sourced from our Estate 3A Burgundian clone 76, and 2B Robert Young Clone Chardonnay blocks. This Water Tower Chardonnay is our first all stainless-steel offering exclusively from our Anderson Valley Estate fruit. No oak and no secondary malolactic fermentation.
Spring-like aromas of daffodils, citrus, and fresh linens. Flavors of Meyer Lemon and chiffon cream cake. Dry and low in alcohol, ripe fruit on the mid palate, with crisp balanced acidity.
