Handley Estate Vineyard, Anderson Valley
Fruit sourced from our Handley Estate Vineyard, which has been CCOF certified since 2005. Aromas of warm poached pears in cream with hints of baking spices and nutmeg. Soft on entry, round and full on mid palate, crisp on finish with persistent fruit. Prominent flavors of Meyer lemon, tart Granny Smith apples, marshmallow, caramel and nutmeg. Fermented and aged in all French oak barrels (20% new oak). Only 40% of this wine went through malolactic secondary fermentation.
Case Produced 1134. Alcohol 13.2. TA 5.1 g/L. pH 3.6.
