Handley Estate Vineyard, Anderson Valley

This wine originates from our Handley Estate Winery Vineyard, organically farmed and CCOF certified since 2005. Picking in this early ripening vintage was delayed by inclement weather during harvest. Comprised of a mix of the old and new pinot noir selections. This wine is a blend of Martini (50%), Dijon 115 (17%), and Dijon 777 (33%) clones. Dark in color and medium bodied. It effuses black cherries, red plum, cream, chamomile, baking spices, and wet earth. Flavors of blueberries, black cherries, with hints of cream, caramel and clove. Balanced acidity, medium tannins with a long creamy finish. Aged for 10 months in all French Oak barrels (33% new). Cases: 385
